Excellent
Great item, everything I need to grow fresh herbs. Also great as an eco gift, I'm on my third one with no problems. I've had both this and the ceramic herb kit and prefer this one as the wood trough is nicer and on one side of the box the herbs are labelled so I dont forget what I'm picking! The box is also lined with plastic to prevent water dripping through the box. The only thing I would say is that some more compost would be good.

Good for small living space.
If you have a lack of space then the size of the woodern trough is brilliant. It sits well on a window ledge etc.

The trough itself is of good build and finishing. Only negative thing is that you get plastic holders for the herbs, it would be better if the trough had separate compartments.

Little bit over-priced but it's quirky and I haven't found anything similar.

Disappointed with Quality
I was very disappointed with the quality of the wooden box, black "smudges" all over it and it is half the size shown in the picture. Also the seeds sit in cheap plastic pots which you fill with the soil provided in the wooden box. It is not worth the money.
