DIsappointing and misleading
Although it says Tapas in the title (Which is what I wanted a book on) in fact the recipes for tapas form a minority in the book. The title is therefore misleading and the tapa selection included is in my opinion, poor. This was a birthday present but I'll be looking to buy a better example of tapa recipes
Excellent choice for begginners as well as competant cooks
This is the second copy of the book that I have. The first was bought for me at Christmas and I was so impressed that the recipes were easy to follow and tasted like real Spanish cooking. I bought a second copy of the book to take to my other house in Spain to impress my Spanish neighbours with it.
