Little gem!
This has been my first Tapas book and I have been very impressed with its contents, easy to follow recipes and great photographs. The ingredients are quite common and you would have most of them at home, so there is no fussing around with 'never to be used again' ingredients. All the recipes are straight forward and not time consuming. It is excellent value for money.
Easy-to-follow recipes; a wonderful reminder of Spain
I approached this book with some trepidation, it is so cheap! Would it give me enough range of recipes to be able to cater for a range of tastes? Oh yes...just about 100 recipes some simple and vegetarian (some suitable for vegans)and meat dishes, complex centrepiece items like empanada, great illustrations and all for the price of a bottle of CHEAP supermarket plonk. You can't get better value.
Fantastic little book for tasty tapas recipes
I got this as a birthday present and it's a great and handy little book to have in your kitchen's recipe drawer.
There are enough recipes here to suit all different tastes, including vegetarians and none of them are that difficult that you'll be put off from cooking them.
For a basic tapas recipe book you need look no further. If you intend to have anything from a Spanish themed party to tapas starters as part of a larger meal or even something tasty to just snack on, then this book will cover the lot for you. My only gripe is that it could have been longer and as I'm not a huge seafood/fish fan a section of the book will go unused.
