The best book on workflow yet...
I have had my copy of this book for a number of months now and have found the information contained within invaluable. The information is clearly laid out, practical and easily followed. Whats more it's based upon real experience!! Key principals are highlighted and real life hints and tips are given throughout the text. I have recommended this book to colleagues and clients alike as a 'must have' reference guide. All sections have great content. Of particular interest are the sections on 'A day in the life of a workflow administrator' and 'Requirements Gathering Strategy', both of which I have found useful in my own work and guidance to others.

I recommend this book as an important addition to any SAP practitioners library - Happy reading!

You will be a guru!
If you work your way through the examples in the book, you become an expert! Well maybe not an expert, but it puts you on the right track. I was discussing this book with a colleague the other night, and we both referred to it as "The Bible" when it comes to SAP Workflow.
It's a little on the expensive side, but invaluable!
