Fun in the jungle
My friend and I recently played this game, which is for 2-4 players. Ant & Dec keep you entertained throughout, and the game moves at a quick pace. You pick a celebrity from a group of fictional ones, firstly weighing up their strengths and weaknesses (a nice touch). Then the games begin. You have to keep an eye on your energy levels throughout the game, because if they go too low, you miss a turn and could face a bushtucker trial. You can replenish your energy by being successful on a series of fun mini games including bug racing, charades and keeping a straight face. The object of the game is to be the first person to 1 million votes. Votes can be won by answering questions correctly on a range of subjects, by doing well in bushtucker trials and by locating the treasure chest.
We had fun playing this game - it narrowly misses out on five stars in my opinion due to not having a single player option (it says on the case that it does) although the game is best enjoyed with family or a group of mates. Recommended.

The worst DVD game EVER!!! - Avoid it like the plague!!!!!
Having read the excellent reviews of this DVD game I was expecting so much from this over Christmas and what a massive let down it has turned out to be. It has to be one of the most boring and repetitive DVD games that I have ever played.

You choose your character from the pretend celebrities and then proceed to answer quiz questions, look for the celebrity chest and take part in Bushtucker trials to try and gain 1 million "viewer" votes to be crowned King or Queen of the jungle. The questions were ridiculously easy, the hunt for the chest was just complete pot luck and the Bushtucker trials were extremely scarce. We percevered with the game for over an hour and were relieved when it was finally over vowing to never play it again.

There are so many better DVD games out there so give this one an extremely wide berth! - AVOID - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!.

Having watched the series over the past couple off weeks, I wanted to see what the game was like, and to be honest the game its really really good. There are different question to answers, locating the Chest and bushtucker trials to be completed. I would recommend this as a Christmas present for the family as it gets everyone involved.
