Scalextrix Powerslide
This is a great set for all ages, my 4 year old son can play it just as well as any adult, it's easy to set up and lots of fun. The great thing about this set is the cars slide easily and spin 180 but don't come off the track too often and they stand up to crashing into each other frequently. You can pile up tyres and smash into them and perform 180 spins almost on the spot or practice powersliding around the whole track. It's more fun for younger children than traditional racing and the adults seem to like it as well. The track isn't long, however this doesn't seem to matter too much because the cars are not constantly going round and round they are spinning and going back they way they came frequently. It's a good value starter set and can be built up later into a longer more traditional track.
Powerslide Scalextric
This is a great version of scalextric especially for the younger person as the cars stay on the track better with slightly less control needed to keep the cars on the track. A great price for this set makes it even better.
Christmas present.
Bought this for my nephew at christmas,needless to say he did not get a go!!
