Average customer review:Product Description
The thirty-eight Bach Flower Remedies are made from non-poisonous wild flowers and offer a simple means to establish inner harmony. This book is an essential dictionary listing the positive and negative qualities associated with each remedy. Whereas a person categorised by the positive aspect would have little need for the remedy in question, those who share the qualities listed under the negative aspect would benefit from taking it. There is also a separate section on the uses and benefits of Rescue Remedy.

Dictionary of the Bach Flower Remedies
This book was very well written and easy to understand. A very useful book for someone who has never used Bach Flower Remedies before.
Perfect for study
I am doing a Bach Flower Remedies module as part of my Complimentary Therapies course at college - The tutor recommended this book as it gives details about the positive and negative aspects about each remedy. It is also an excellent reference book for use with clients.
