Fast but Flawed!!3
I have a Lowepro Rover Plus and I absolutely love it to bits. It is very strong, comfortable, adjustable and ideal for long hikes as it is also weatherproof. I was looking for something that would give me fast access to my camera for short day trips as I find it a bit awkward to access the Rover Plus. Basically have to take it off, set it down, unzip and remove camera and then zip it up and put it on back and you get the picture. The Fastpack 200 has a fantastic design allowing quick access to camera and it also has good padding. The top compartment is handy for other bits and bobs. Overall it is a nice size, not too big or bulky...exactly what I was looking for. Now for the bad bits. There is no waist strap so the bag rocks from side to side. There is no sternum strap so the shoulder straps end up moving down the shoulders making the bag uncomfortable and needing constant adjustment to keep it sitting right. This is meant to be a camera bag and these things get heavy with gear and those straps are absolutely necessary. I can live without the waist strap unless it was a slim one as I find it gets in the way during short trips when you are constantly using the bag. Finally there is no raincover and again this is important to protect valuable camera gear. Shame on Lowepro for omitting these necessities and cutting corners. I have decided to keep the bag as I do like the design and size. I have added a sternum strap from an old rucksack and this really does make the bag more comfortable to carry and stops it swinging about or falling down the shoulders. I am also using a raincover from another rucksack to keep the gear dry in the rain. I think the Fastpack 350 is probably the best buy out the range as it has the waist and sternum straps and will be much easier to carry. I still think the 350 will be too short for the waist strap to sit round the waist and the strap will ride up. If Lowepro are reading this I hope they will learn and make the necessary changes to make this into a great bag but as it stands it is only so so.

Excellent Bag from Lowepro5
Having changed from a Slingshot to this backpack, I made the perfect choice.
The lower section is where you can store you camera body and lenses. I have a Canon 350D with 3 lenses, and still room for more. There are 2 memory card holders/pockets in the main compartment. There is also a separate pocket infront of the main compartment.
The top half of the bag is very roomy and has pockets and netting to hold additional kit. It is going to be very handy when out on the move to store food and drink. On the top front of the bag there is another zipped pocket, which will be handy for holding travel documents. On the side of the bag is another netted area, which will be perfect to hold a drinks bottle.

Superb bag for the price I paid.

Works well, but could be even better4
I bought this a few weeks ago, and have been carrying around a Canon EOS 400D with its kit lens, plus two additional lenses (wide angle zoom and telephoto zoom, both in pouches) and a couple of filters etc. Generally I'm very impressed. The camera/lens compartment is very well padded, it's easy to get the camera out quickly, the backpack is very comfortable on your back, and the additional compartment at the top is just right for a small bottle of water, snack and waterproof. The reason I didn't give it the full five stars is that the ability to re-arrange the dividers in the camera compartment could have been much better - there are only Velcro strips in certain areas on the main backpack body, which significantly limits where you can put the dividers - I think it would be a struggle to get any more lenses in.
