Exceptional
I bought GT4 when it came out and have played it for about 6 weeks now. This guide answers every question I have ever had about the game. The tuning section is phenomenal (something that I haven't focused on due to not knowing a lot about it) and has helped me to get the most out of every car I race because there is a colour-coded chart with details on the essential modifications (with page references to more detail on the particular upgrade) and they also give advice on which settings and changes you should make to your car for every track. The book also gives a lot of information on all the cars in the game and has helped me to locate a few I didn't know where to find. Each track is covered in detail and there is a difficulty rating for each section of each track which has helped prepare me for sections that I'm not comfortable with (especially the Nurburgring) along with the best times from the online league, a competition run by Piggyback getting input from advanced GT4 players. The layout is also amazing and gives me the feel of movement and speed which helps to link the book to the game.

I've brought three other Piggyback guides (FFX-2, MGS3, FFX) and this is the best one I have.

The GT4 guide is better than the GT3 guide in both size and quality.
The information on the best route around all the tracks in the game is very helpful to both experts and beginners.
There are also tips that tell you how to obtain a lot of credits in a short time and it's very useful, you can only normally find this type of information on gaming forums.

Great Book!!
The Gran Turismo Official guide is the best. It has lots of useful information and colourful pictures. I especially like the Track information as it has information about what to look out for and all that. I am happy with my purchase and i hope PiggyBack Interactive will make a strategy guide for the next GT game, Vision Gran Turismo when it's released with the PS3
