A real gem
I first bought this CD several years ago, and don't mind admitting that I have worn several of them out since then. This CD perfectly captures the different moods of the film, from the darkest moments 'Sisters' to the irrepressible nature of the human spirit 'End Title'. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. And while you are at it, explore the catalogue of Thomas Newman CDs! I agree with the commonly uttered criticism however that what would truly have made this unforgettable would have been to include a few snippets of the voice-overs by Morgan Freeman.
