Final Fantasy 6 is a game we are not to familier with in the UK, as it was only released here last year, not in 1994 as was this soundtrack, but this is by far one of the best final fantasy soundtracks out there. Don't be put of by the fact that its in an "16 - bit" style or dated when compared to the other Final Fantasy CD's, the music here is well written and lovely to listen to. Everything from opera to jazz is covered in this cd, with beautiful tracks like "forever rachael" or "Celes" showing a great skill in melody from Nobuo Uematsu. Anyone who has played the game will know how great it was, and this soundtrack is the perfect match. All of the tracks are great and I highly recommend this soundtrack to any music fan, not just Final Fantasy fans.
