Both games are outstanding!! 20/2/03
The Armada set of games are very good indeed, using the same type of game engine as found in Age Of Empires but building on it to give brand new layers of detail such as the number of crew staffing each starship. It far outstrips other titles in this area such as Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. A must for any fans of the star trek franchise or strategy games.

The Elite Force title, while not as strong as Armada, is also very good. Gameplay is smooth thanks to the Quake III engine that its based on. The game expands from the star trek voyager scenario, giving great game depth with details such as enemies adapting to your tactics. The weaponry has been expanded also to give many imaginative and diverse weapons. A great choice for first person shoot'em'up fans.
