He's a gaming star! So what if he's got limb issues...
Rayman, one of the French's poudest acheivements. No limbs. Big nose.Abilities ridiculously out of proportion to his size. Of late our virtualfriend has been seen as another terrible franchise in the publics view. That changed here.
"Rayman 2: The great escape" is a phenomenon. Aftera short training mission, you're thrown straight into the deep end with astage that will take up a couple of hours just to get to the end of levelboss. After progressing steadily through the levels, you'll eventuallyfind yourself atop a huge slope of ice, readying youself to take on anenormous sanctuary gaurdian all for the prize on a single mask.
Thesoundtrack is incredible, the best I have witnessed in a game. Thegraphics were way ahead of their time when this game made its debut, forit was one of the first 3D games ever. The final trial at the pinnacle ofthe game with Rayman up against Grolgoth the arch-destroyer is nothingshort of inspiring. The game guarantees at minimum 40 hours of gaming, anddelivers. At uder £10.00 purchasing this game is a win-win situation. Itmay be slightly graphically flawed, it may not have the best loading timesever, but this is the Rayman game that arguably sold the series.
Great game!
My boy disapeared into Rayman's world and I thought he would never come back. Endless imaginative levels, brilliant soundtrack, variety of puzzles, kept him very happy.

Of late our virtual friend has been seen as another terrible franchise in the public's view. He was dwarfed the likes of Mario and Sonic, unable to catch the sort of interest mascots apsire for. That changed here.
