ANOLON WARRANTY IS A LOAD OF RUBBISH
I have had these pans for 3yrs now and started to notice a deterioration in the non stick coating and general appearance of them about a year ago. I decided to claim on the 'lifetime warranty' at the end of July 2005 but had to write to the USA to find the cleverly hidden UK address for returns and customer services.(For anyone out there its CSD@meyeruk.com).

They initially claimed to have not received the pans despite me using a 24hr next day courier over a week previously, but relented and miraculously found them after showing them the tracking details of the return. A week later I received a letter along with my old pans saying that they weren't covered by the warranty as there was evidence of 'overheating' 'metal utensil damage'and 'detergent use'!!

Clearly this is their standard 'party line' ,as I have found other people with similar experiences online.I have been meticulous in the care of these pans and never used metal utensils in them. As for overheating, and cleaning with washing up detergent, what do normal people do with their pans ???! Surely pans are designed to be heated and used/cleaned?? It is a joke.

Regardless of my protests they WILL NOT replace the pans. I initially bought them due to their claimed 'indestructability' and recommendations but clearly the quality is severely lacking as is the customer service.

Ultimately THE GUARANTEE IS WORTHLESS and I would invest your hard earned cash elsewhere.

One year on and still fantastic
We were given these pans as an xmas present last year, we both cook from fresh every day so they get plenty of use (and abuse) and they still look like new. The non-stick really is non-stick, they hold their heat brilliantly and make cleaning hassle free. A truly fantastic present!

Fabulous quality!
I've been using up to six of these pans daily on a gas hob for almost three years now and they are still in virtually perfect condition. The lid handles can sometimes become too hot to hold, but I prefer their indestructible metal construction to plastic handles any day. Meyer’s own cleaning paste (more abrasive than most cream cleaners) is excellent for stripping away burnt deposits and restoring of appearance of the anodised surfaces.
