I use the headset when I am on Skype and te product simply does whats it says on the tin, mic seems to ok and can be adjusted to suite your needs, phones are good although could be more comfortable. Overall for the price you can't fault the product.

when I got it it seemed ok but ear piece fell apart still connected but dont know if it was sent out like it so check it carfully befor useing it I trew mine in bin not worth the hassel of contacting and sending it back etc
