This game is amazing, the fact that you can now play in a game rather than just playing the game is fantastic. I thought Eye Toy was great with that technology, but that now just looks really dated compared to this brilliant game. A group of friends got together and knocked out 18 holes, we hadnt had so much fun playing golf in ages! The worst thing about it was the swapping of gloves, although the ability to plug two GameTrak's in definitely made the swapping less important. Really recommend this to any gamer or golfer alike..

Good but not brilliant
I have waited along time for this game to come out, and overall it was worth the wait. It generally simulates your real golf swing well. The three different skill levels are good, with different lengths off the clubs depending on which level you pick, with the semi-pro and pro levels requiring more skill to hit the sweet spot, but bigger rewards when you do.

Putting is the only let down swing wise as it seems insensitive for small puts, there also appears to be no break or read on the greens.

Shots like getting out of a bunker it will accurately interprate if you break your wrists early to get the ball out and stop it on the green.

When playing more than one player it's fiddly having to swop the gloves over, but now you can but extra pairs of gloves direct from www.in2games.uk.com!

I would like to see a smaller size glove for those budding youngsters who play the game, like my six year old grandson! The other problem he has is being only little his hands are so near the Gametrak unit that the software keeps thinking he's like a tall person putting their hands down to disconnect the gloves from the Gametrak, which is very frustrating!

Driving range is liked by grandson too as he likes hitting balls into the car park and setting the car alarms off!

Would have been nice for Peter Aliss to comment on your shots not just give you the low-down on each hole.

The courses are reasonably well done with slightly above par graphics and good sound effects.

The trivia games are amusing for party nights.

Overall 9/10.

THIS GAME GETS YOU OFF YOUR CHAIR AND PLAYING THE GAME FOR REAL(is that why they call it real golf)ONCE YOU GET TO GRIPS WITH THE CONTROLS YOU'LL BE HOOKED.THE GRAPHICS COULD BE A BIT BETTER BUT THE GAME PLAY IS SECOND TO NONE.WELL DONE FOR THIS ONE PS2
