good game? hell no!! it's a great game!5
i wasn't sure about this game when i first saw it was coming out. i did, however, add it to my wanted list. i kept looking at it, and the screenshots, and when i saw it reduced somewhere, i bought it. well thank god i did! i love it!! 100 levels of wracking you brain and testing your puzzle and logical skills. granted, i've not completed the 100 levels yet, but only 24 or so to go!! i am stuck on one level, though!
some levels you can maybe complete on the first go, but others take a good few shots to get right. there's also the scoring, you will probably have to replay levels to get that 100/100 perfect score! especially if you are a perfectionist :p
i've also downloaded the extra levels from the official site, and there's actually 110 of them. that's a whole extra game you get for one price!! BARGAIN!! i've only played the first 10, but am looking forward to the rest.
people nowadays are wanting 3d graphics, graphics that are like watching a film... well i'm not so keen on 3d, that's maybe what half attracted me to this game. the graphics are good and suited to the game.
there's a sequel, but atm is only for japan. i do hope it gets released here, as it will be added to my collection.
overall, this game is great. no less than 5 stars from me.
and now... my Exit...

Don't judge a book by its cover... well game by its cover 5
I bought this game and from the start enjoyed it. At first however (before I bought the game) I thought that the graphics looked 'tacky' or 'of poor quality' but as I saw AMAZON had reduced the price I decided to take the gamble. I recieved the game and put it straight into my PSP. I was surprised at how satisfied I was with it. The gameplay was excellent. The game could have easily been spoiled but the good gameplay and most of all deep thought gone into the game made it great! The game like I said was well thought about , the levels are really challanging and I have still not completed the game.

Back to the graphics, the graphics I found blended in with the style of the game. The designers did not make the game for awards but for fun and entertainment which is what made the game what it is, excellent

The game is worthy of 5*s, Mr.ESC's puzzled world will be the best puzzled world on the PSP for a long time.

Puzzle gaming at its greatest5
It's rare to find these days an original and innovative title on any platform but that quality can be found in this little PSP game.

With over 100 levels and extra downloadble goodies, your in for a long time of brain surgery.
You play the role of Mr.ESC an escapist who has to rescue people from burning or collapsing buildings etc. But this is not just your simple platformer - you must use the folks you rescue, may it be a child, adult or even injured patients, to help you to help them escape and get everyone to safety. Children can climb through small gaps, adults can push large blocks and Mr.ESC has a whole array of abilities himself.

With this much original fun and a good long playtime, incredible visual style and an impressive audio track - I highly recommend this title.
