Great realism5
The graphics on the DS are incredible. It's just like watching a Simpsons movie on the cutscenes. No details is lost in the transition and the game is laugh out loud funny.

I don't have this on any other platform so cannot make a comparison but cannot fault it on the DS. I also love the fact that you play in unison ie early in the game Homer and Bart have to help each other out to get to the end of a section so the game swaps back and forth automatically making you play each character and work out what to do to get the other character through the level. Well thought out and definitely worth having. This is not a difficult game but more of a 'pick me up' when you just want to relax, have a good laugh and enjoy your DS without breaking your fingers, wrists or brain.

2D can be fun4
I have both the DS and the xbox360 version and much prefer this one. There are a couple of sections, such as saving Carl and Lenny in the wood yard and the 'frogger' bit where this version is far superior to its 3d counterpart. The style of the Simpsons means that the graphics actually look ok on the DS and the use of the 2 screens makes it feel bigger.

Old school platforming fun.

As Mr Burns would say "Excellent"5
Although it doesnt boast the same 3D graphics as other formats. The 2nd platform works really well. There is a huge amount of dialogue and the cutscenes are all there as well. The game is about the right difficulty with a few hard parts. My only gripe is that its not that long but apart from that definately 5 stars!
