Non-human!
In retrospect one has to sometimes wonder why Character made the Judoon scanner of all toys. It doesn't help that the sound effects are those of the Judoon translators rather than the scanners. Perhaps this would have worked better as a set of two? The toy is without doubt the most durable of them all, and has the same UV functions as the original sonic screwdriver, but for some reason it just doesn't feel as fun to play with as the screwdrivers.

Worth a try.
Very good toy, although not as much fun as the doctors pen, it still makes for plenty of play. Also helps resolve arguements between friends who all want to be the doctor.
