Customer Reviews

Very swish4
Great looks, great functionality and quite robust. As a controller thrower, this thing has been airborne many a time and the only damage is a slightly loose left stick which still works perfectly.
The only criticisms I have are a rubbish D-Pad and if you like to have a finger on all shoulder buttons you may find it difficult to hold.
The right stick position is also a little strange but it becomes second nature quickly.
A good size for small and big hands I think this is one of the best controllers made.
And everything looks better in black!

It is what it is5
It's the xbox 360 controller, you pretty much know what it's like, great design, extremely comfortable and for the same price as the white one, the black one is the better choice!

Once you go black, you'll never go back ;)

Wires are no more - wireless is the future!5
This xbox 360 controller is for all xbox 360 consoles regardless of whether they are the arcade console or the newest elite console. This controller will work on all the consoles. The controller itself is just as important as the console as without the console you are kind of stuck and can't do much. This controller is also wireless!

Wireless:
I remember when i had my PS2 and PS1 and had all those wires dragged across the room and getting all twisted within each other - then my mum would always complain about them being left everywhere and wire becoming a hazard. Now that is no longer a problem with the new xbox controllers coming completely wireless. I can now
sit where I want in my room and not have to worry about the wire getting caught or stretching across to my desk with the controller in my hand and suddenly being jerked back by those annoying wires. The wireless system involves 2.4Ghz technology (not too sure what that means but it works very well) and a 30 foot range. So you can now walk out of the room with the controller in your hand and have absolutely no problems.
The fact that it is wireless does mean it requires batteries which fit onto a pack on the back - two AA batteries, but if you don't want to keep buying and changing batteries you can buy rechargeable batteries, which is what I currently own and recharge buy connecting the controller to the xbox through the USB.
Look and feel:
This controller looks quite cool and is generally white to look the same as the console itself. Of course there are several other versions of the controller including a blue and pink version as well as several different special edition versions such as the Halo Spartan version which I own and find to be awesome.
The controller of course has all the normal buttons being A, B, X, Y, the two analog sticks, the d-pad and the shoulder and trigger buttons.
I find this controller not only quite smart to look at but also the best controller i have ever held. It is curved in every place and fits perfectly into the hand with the trigger buttons perfectly fitted for ease of use. Some people say that it looks quite bulky but I do not find this at all and it seems great to hold, even with the battery pack on the back not causing any discomfort or problems.
