Customer Reviews
Best guide of the Scilly Isles
I bought all the books on the natural history of the Isles before travelling and after reading them all I would say this 224 pages guide was the best.
Firstly the author has spent endless hours researching for this book and explored every corner of the Isles, the list of plants, animals and rocks is very comprehensive and there is good information about the most important species.
Secondly, what makes the book stand out, is that is beautifully illustrated with colour photographs and maps.
If you are thinking of buying one guide before you visit the Isles, buy this one.
