A Really Good & Inexpensive Cookbook Series.
I have been looking for a cookery book on stews & casseroles and was quite pleased to come across one that wasn't written in America! I have since bought more of this series and I am very happy with the results, as I am usually a beans on toast kind of guy.

Don't be put off by it only having 48 pages, as there are 33 recipes in this book. You could try Beef Stew With Walnuts, Pork & Apricot Casserole, Chicken & Bacon Casserole, Wild Duck With Apples...is your mouth watering yet?

Some of the recipes take a bit of preparation, but I tend to prepare them the night before and just throw them into the Slow Cooker in the morning, so I have a lovely casserole waiting for me when I come home from work.

This book is worth getting just because of the low price and I can assure you that it will become one of the more used cookbooks on your kitchen shelf. I would also recommend a Sara Lewis for a more in depth book on slow cookers.
