Customer Reviews

Ensure you are being sent what you order1
Just recieved 2x 4gb micro sd cards (sandisc). These are advertised with reader included however, no reader in packing. Purchased from Tradeport, please check before you buy. I have been informed via e-mail that sandisc no longer supply these cards with the readers. If this is true why are they still being advertised? Also been informed again via e-mail that they must recieve them back within 7 days for me to get my refund. Its a bank holiday so not much chance of that happening.

Nokia 6500 Slide - Compatibility5
I bought one of these cards for my Nokia 6500 Slide. I put it straight into the 'phone without formatting and it immediately showed 3.8 Gb (formatted size). I have tried it with still images, video and music and it works perfectly. For copying content from the 256 Mb card which comes with the 'phone, it is best to use the Sandisk adaptor / reader to copy to a folder on the PC, then copy from the folder to the 4 Gb card.

Note. I tried to get advice on compatibility from Nokia. Their telephone helpline said that as the Handbook said it can take 4 Gb then the SDHC card should be OK but, for further advice go to the Carphone Warehouse! The Nokia Online Help e-mailed me back (after 3 days) and told me that the max. compatible memory card was 2 Gb and that 4 Gb cards would not work! I went into my local O2 shop who told me that they had sold plenty of 4 Gb Sandisk Micro SDHC cards (at £49.99 each!) for the Nokia 6500 Slide and had not had any complaints.

Misleading product name1
The seller (Flash-Memory) calls this a "Sandisk 4GB Micro SD card" while the packaging calls it a "Sandisk 4GB microSDHC (TM) card"
I bought it believing it would be an SD card, and of course it doesn't work.
Flash-Memory won't take it back and are sending me very snotty emails.
Their customer service sucks!

By the way - the picture has now changed! So this might give you a clue that they have realised they were misleading - though they haven't admitted it yet!!
