WOW!!!! the truth has set me free!!
You can always count on a Kenneth hagin book to be God ordained and directed. This is by far the best book I've read this year (apart from the Bible ofcourse). Unfortunately it is a very short book, but then it doesn't need to be any longer. I have been a Christian all my life and have never known fasting like this before. A lot of things we do are based on human tradition, not the Bible. This book will help you understand what the Bible says about fasting, coupled with personal testimonies of Brother Hagin and people he has come in contact with.
You need to read the whole book and get past the shocker at the beginning to receive the full measure of the blessing. If you want your fasting to be effective then this book is highly recommended. I've read it a couple of times and now my friends are reading it as well.
It's time we knew what the Bible teaches on fasting and prayer. The book isn't what you think, it's better!

A very helpful book which takes all the pressure off the need for fasting and has made me less resistant to it.
