not too bad!!
Fist of all, it arrived well before expected! It has its little glitches and the menu navigation isn't very well thought out. No use for browsing for music. Sound quality is good. Feels pretty sturdy, however im not sure if its very reliable, thats yet to be tested. The instructions aren't very clear. But for the price I think its acceptable compared to other mp3b players. (I actually think it would be better to get the 2gb version because browsing for songs on this doesnt really work, so having too many songs is going to be a problem!)

Lovely little player
I ordered this and it was delivered in a few days. The enclosed CD had a problem with it and after contacting customer services a replacement CD was with me the next morning. Tried updating the firmware off the CD and the player seized up. Customer services had me return it, it was checked over and a replacement sent back straight away. Customer services are first class. The player itself seems robust enough with 4GB of internal storage and can have 2 GB micro SD cards for extra storage - these need to be inserted and pushed into place using your finger nail for the last few mm and to pop it out too. Good functions. Still learning on mine and would love it to have a playlist facility, which seems the supplied software allows, but I'm still learning on that. For the price it seems fine.

Absolutely RUBBISH
I had this item for less than a year before it broke. I ordered it on the 15th of August 08 and now its 22nd of April 09, and its been broken for a week. The item DOES NOT have a click wheel, the image is misleading, it is simply four buttons that click VERY VERY loudly.

The buttom to skip backwards has somehow (since the last 2 weeks) managed to make the player skip forwards, however the "skip right" buttom works fine, meaning i can only go forwards not backwards. Also the middle button (play) keeps getting wedged in, despite me using it very gently, and has not gotten completely stuck.

The player gets scratched like crazy by ANYTHING, which makes it look so scruffy, also video quality is terrible and the software cuts the rest off of any video longer than 40 seconds.

The graphics are bad qaulity and the games are useless, also the micro SD slot rejects cards and doesnt load any music onto the card.

The earphones supplied were also useless.
