A great collectors piece
If you are looking for a toy suitable for chil;dren to play with, then this isn't the item for you. If, however, you are looking for a collectable replica of the film version of this famous wand then this is a great buy. Cast in resin (with no mold or casting marks present on the one I bought) and presented in an attractive box, this is a very detailed replica indeed.

It's made of PLASTIC!
Am I out of touch? Or, when spending £25, could I expect a toy like this to be made of wood. Anyway, as you've gathered it is made of plastic, and it is not particularly well finished; you can clearly see the line of the moulding. To be honest it doesn't look very different from the much cheaper one my nephew boutght from Woolworths. However the packaging is excellent and the child who received this loved it.

One Very Pleased Kid
I ordered the Harry Potter Movie Prop Wand on the 21st December hoping it would come in time for Christmas. It was delivered just two days later and was packaged so effectively it was one of the most enjoyable gifts I gave this Christmas.
The kid receiving it is a huge Potter fan but all of the chldren present were equally as impressed. Great quality.
