Great tool for training staff5
The 'Workbook for Staff of Licensed Premises' is top quality, easy to use, it explains everything very clearly. Love the "Progress tests" throughout so you can check staff are taking it all in. It's also really helpful to have the relevant points of the law that staff MUST know on the inside cover and a "training record" on the back cover.

Really helpful booklet for staff training assisting with training and most aspects of running bar and legislation.

A Licence saver.4
A life saver or should I say Licence saver. Wiouldn't have known where to start without it, (have been on a £150.00 all day course.) Too much info for Off License Premises but that's not City & Guilds' fault.
Tips on the re-print - more space required for some answers and each section should be more clearly marked.
Definitely value for money.
