DVD Description

Jump Britain features death-defying, eyeball-popping and stomach-churning jumps, as the Free Runners literally leap from rooftop to rooftop across Britain. Free Running (also known as 'Le Parkour' in French) was created by Sebastien Foucan and his friends, but has now become a global phenomenon. It literally involves leaping from one spot to another in a death-defying, yet beautiful, series of jumps, slides and somersaults--a discipline requiring extraordinary athleticism and a complete lack of fear. Last year a team of French Free Runners captivated Londoners when they scaled some of the city's most famous landmarks for Channel 4's programme "Jump London". This time they've decided to take on the whole country! In Jump Britain, Foucan is joined by members of the burgeoning UK Parkour scene as they tackle some of the UK's most iconic sites, including the Forth Rail Bridge in Scotland, the Giant's Causeway and Derry's Walls in Northern Ireland, the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, and the ICC in Birmingham.

Worth the watch5
At first let me say the amazon price is far below that of any shops, secondly let me add that this is an inspirational DVD i myself practice free running but this does not just apply to people like me it is breath taking and will leave you looking at your surroundings in a completely different way and it has its own music which compliments an already succseful documentary. You cannot afford to not buy this.

'Jump Britain' is the second documentary showing Sebastien Foucan and his friends as they practise parkour on key sites of interest in the UK. You're left in awe at the dynamic way they use their bodies and the feats they are able to achieve. If you practise parkour, this will be an inspiration and if not, you will still be left amazed at their various stunts and leaps. The extras are pretty good, with a making of documentary, parkour gym lessons, deleted scenes, free running game featurette, as well as various commentaries. A good DVD that you can usually find for a good price on amazon. Well worth a viewing.

mainly very good, but does lack action in some parts and there does seem to be an awful lot of walking around and looking at stuff and background stuff, but when the action does appear, it is good, thus balances out the bad points.
