VERY MISLEADING EXTENDED WARRANTY - DON'T BUY
I purchased this extended warranty in the belief that it was effective after the 12 month manufacturer's warranty. This is not the case as it only covers you for accidental damage (which is cover by most people's home insurance anyway) in the first year and then only one year out of the two for the actual breakdown warranty! Do not take out this 2 year extended warranty because you are being shafted with your trousers on!

DO NOT BUY! MISLEADING PRODUCT!
This item is supposed to be an extended warranty, but only it is inclusive of the manufacturers warranty which I find very misleading.

Don't bother
I bought this on the basis that it stated EXTENDED WARRANTY, this is not entirely true as it starts on the purchase date of the item so you only get the one year and not two!! I will be keeping this as it does have the second year.

If you have home insurance this will probably cover most issues, if not am sure there are other companies out there with better products - just wish I had found them first....
