	TruMotion TruMotion can reduce blurring on fast moving scenes by displaying one hundred images per second. Standard TV sets only display fifty images per second. TruMotion carefully analyses the picture signal by using advanced algorithms to automatically calculate a new image frame between each original frame. This technology reduces the perceived response time and the picture dragging ('smearing') phenomenon, providing life like details even in fast moving scenes. As LG uses S-IPS panels which offer increased screen quality, TruMotion helps to improve things further,resulting in picture quality that is better than TVs based on VA panels.
	AV Mode LG TVs have 3 special preset AV Modes which provide the best suitable image quality and sound for specific types of content.They are easily accessible using the AV MODE hot key on the remote control.

	Invisible Speaker Wide Sweet Spot - The front bezel works as a speaker, replacing the normal speaker grill. With the Invisible Speaker system, the speakers are embedded in strategic spots underneath and around the front bezel. This new speaker system provides a clean and fashionable design compared with traditional side or bottom speaker designs.
	Clear Voice Sometimes when watching films it is difficult to hear human voices over the background sounds of their environment, due to the down-mixing that occurs to push 5.1 surround-sound through a TV’s 2 channel speaker system. The Clear Voice feature alters the sound balance to emphasise human voices and reducing the background noise All input source (RF/AV/Component/HDMI) as well as Stereo and Mono broadcast can be controlled by Clear Voice.
	Long-lasting Panel The Super Bright Panel of PG6000 / PG6010 have a lifespan of 100,000 hours. This is almost two times longer than those of the existing panels, which means approximately 30 years of use when 8 hours of viewing is assumed per day. *Above statistics are applicable to Standard Picture Mode viewing only. The panel life span is counted from 100% until 50% of its brightness.
	Simplink LG's SIMPLINK system can control all the connected AV devices with one remote control. By pressing the SIMPLINK remote control key, you can switch on and control all devices connected by HDMI. When the TV is switched off, all connected AV devices are automatically switched off as well.

Fantastic set, fantastic price
A step up from the 42PG3000 in price, it's worth every penny. Looks alone make it worth the slight difference - the panel and frame are all level with one sheet of glass on it, giving it a really nice slick look. The base looks more classy, not just cheap plastic. Sound quality is incredible, USB slot is handy for slide shows (jpegs). All in all, a fantastic TV with a 30,000:1 contrast ratio, unbeatable!

Great Buy
Excellent value for money - great picture, good sound - really pleased with this TV. I use it with standard DVD, Sky+ and Nintendo Wii. Is good for all of them. I found the out-of-the-box picture a bit bright but is easily fixed with the intuitive menu system. Highly recommended.
