A curate's egg of a book
How odd. This book is centred on the five elements, as the title indicates. It is full of useful insights, although the chapter on Fire CFs seems to me disappointing and almost miselading.

Has the author of these chapters had a hard time with Fire CFs? A lot of the focus of these chapters is on how hard it is to have a relationship with a Fire CF, which as a card-carrying Fire CF, I have not found to be the case.

An otherwise well-structured and useful book is at times blighted by this over subjective tone.
