Customer Reviews
Essential for all students of shiatsu
excellent book that is incredibly useful for first timers and seasoned practitioners. This is one of those rare books that seems to have more in it each time you read it and as you get further with your studies then the book seems to be even more useful that it did at the start of the course.
a logical and systematic textbook.
Shiatsu-The Complete Guide is well laid out and informative, with particularly clear line drawn illustrations to elucidate technique. The section on Oriental Medicine theory is concise, whilst maintaining an interesting poetic nuance. Overall, this book is a very interesting read as well as a source reference. The appendix on pont function is the best of type I have seen.
Exellent all round book
This book was used during my shiatsu course, once we had covered some of the basics. It's one I refer to time & time again. I would definitely recommend it. However, I do think the layout could be improved as it's very 'wordy' & maybe the use of different columns or boxes would have helped to highlight important points.
