HOT AND COLD
The boots look fantastic and the soles are very comfortable. My only regret is the tongues and inside heel are so uneven they gave me severe blistering from rubbing. I had to cut the unevenness away from the edges of the tongue which was just badly designed. I didn't mind because that part won't affect the shoe as a whole.

I've been using heel pads to cushion the heel and now finally after 3 weeks of perseverance they are completely comfy.

For such a good looking shoe I figured there had to be a way
