Good product POOR PACKAGING
I have now ordered this product 2 times and both times it has been smashed and broken, i guess, due too poor packaging, i was getting this as a gift for Christmas and it would have been good too, but if it's going to keep getting smashed in the post along with more poor packaging then im afraid i obviously wont be buying it, which is a shame seeing as it's EXCLUSIVE to Amazon, I just wish it was packaged better and not with some scrunched up brown paper layed on top, why don't you AMAZON just put it in a polystrene type mould along with scrunched up paper and then send it. I will order again and hope that it will come through in one piece and not a dozen!!!
Not user friendly
This is the first time I have had cause to complain about anthing purchased through Amazon.
It took three attempts and four phone calls to City Link before we took delivery the item. Even thought we arranged delivery times they were unable to keep them and would not leave the item without a signature.
After eventually receiving the item on 22nd December we found it to be completely smashed. This could have been partly due to the packaging but appeared to be due to the rough handling as the outer box was crushed.
This was meant to be a Christmas present but we had to visit the shops to find a replacement in time.
Love this product
My brother & I have just bought this product for our mum for Christmas. The deciding point was that she can use the bath tub after she's finished the smellies (we bought her the Winter In Venice Honeysuckle Cupboard last year which she really liked & although all the bath products have all gone she still uses the cupboard which sits on her windowsill)
The fragrance is slightly sweeter than usual white musk but I much prefer this one & it's such a lovely gift.
We did receive one which was damaged due to lack of packaging but I spoke to Amazon customer services who in turn spoke to their warehouse & my second one turned up properly packaged & in top condition. I thoroughly recommend this product as I know my mum will love it as much as I do!
