Useless or broken??
Received the item very promptly but it doesn't work, neither my computer or iTunes showed and signs of recognising that I had connected my shuffle, shall definitely consider buying Apple in the future to ensure no let downs.

Needed a quick replacement for my misplaced Gen.2 Shuffle dock cable.
This did it! And I saved £20.30 and at least 6 days(compared with Apple Store).

Waste of money !!
Bought this cuz my kids broke my dock! it charges my ipod but my comp/itunes shows no sign of recognising it when it is connected!! wil need to buy another one now so waste o money really!!
