OMG I have recently started running again after several years break and my cross trainers had hurt my back. These trainers are fab, it's like running on air and has improved my running style.

I would highly recommend these trainers, but take a hlf size large than your normal shoes.

My first comment to a friend who I run with was I would consider marrying these shoes (if I wasn't already married).

These trainers are comfortable, stylish and cheap. My only complaint is that they are more closed in than i'm used to - the image looks like the tongue is movable but it isn't which means you don't get to loosen it when you want. But still for the price i paid it is a small complaint.
