COMPEED BlistersThe cause of blisters can be from excess friction and pressure, as this causes the dermis and epidermis layers to loosen. A pocket is created which fills with lymph liquid. To treat blisters remove any loose skin, clean and dry the wound. This product should be applied by removing the patterned protective layer and the white protective paper, and then placing the compeed plaster directly over the blister. Then gently pull away the non-touch tab. It is recommended that you handwarm the compeed for one minute before and after applying it. COMPEED Blisters

Does exactly what it says on the advert!
During my Gold Duke of Edinburgh I got some nasty blisters which were really painful. The moment I put one of these plasters on I couldn't feel my blisters at all and then, they didn't bother me for the rest of the expedition. I would recommend these to anyone.
