not zippy
It's a decent bag, slightly drab once you see its colours in the flesh. It is well made, my problem with it is that I find the zip difficult to zip up in a hurry, or even not in a hurry - it can get caught on the lining, which is an indicator for future mishaps, or under the upper flap. Difficult to assess the size you need when you're not in a shop as well - 25 is good for me at times, but I'd go for 20 if you just want a bag for carrying things round town (which is where I use it).

My hard work paid off when I purchased this item, I was keen to get my Husband a rucksack that was large enough for his daily gym gear and (must I say his packed lunch!!) together with plenty of seperate compartments for his book and such things as I know he likes his bag to be in an order where he can access thing quickly on his daily commute to the City. This was perfect and catered for all his needs, it moulded to his back and was easy to carry too which is a very big plus ...I was pleased :-)))
