SIMPLY MOUTH WATERING5
I have just spent my lunchtime pouring over this book, and I cannot wait to try the recipes out. Rosemary starts out with her usual splurg about dieting, and then explains about the Slim to Win Diet. There is a fat attack to start your diet, or you can simply personalise your own diet, and after looking through the book, you cannot fail by personalising. There are starters, lunches, recipes for meat eaters, fish eaters and vegetarians, and whole section on roasts and also a fail free christmas menu, and for those of you who have a sweet tooth a whole section on puddings. I simply cannot recommend this enough -

I purchased this book, not having high expectations, I'm always buying cookery books with good intentions to try out new recipes but never do. So you can imagine my surprise, not only did I read it and look at the recipes, but I also tried out a lot of the recipes. They were very simple to follow, and delicious. I was very impressed by the book and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

I bought this book to help get me and my partner in to a healthy eating regime. She gives you great ideas for breakfast, light lunches, lunches to go, soup, main meals, party food and even a healthy Christmas day dinner. What I love about this book is the recipes are very simply and she details how long the preparation time of the meal and how long it takes to cook and there is a picture of every finished meal! We have been very strict on our diet and I would advise you to prepare before you go to the supermarket by picking out 5 recipes you are going to cook that week and write down the ingredients you need to buy as some are a bit obscure i.e. arrowroot, garam masala etc. but its worth it, I have lost 9lbs and my partner has lost 12lbs and the food is delicious!
