Good for women
basically this phone is very good.It has a 3.2mp camera and it takes amazing pictures. the memory can be expanded up to 2GB which is really good.
This phone's sensor buttons have been criticised by some but the buttons are really very good. first of all if you know how to use a phone than this phone is good for you. the buttons will not do anything unless you press them obviously so the comments made are unjust unless they accidently pressed them. i seriously recommend this samsung u700 as it has everything you would possibly need.

Hugely frustrating
My wife got this phone recently and will soon be trying to return it (not from Amazon or connected shop I hasten to add!)

Whilst it looks great and feels fine in the hand, the touch sensitive buttons are a source of huge frustration. Trying to turn off the alarm at 5am and realising you've just called someone purely because you happened to brush against one of the buttons. Spending time putting together a text message and it being cancelled - again by brushing against one of the buttons.

They are far too sensitive even at it's lowest setting, and they just get touched all the time without you even realising. They make for a nice clean look to the phone's front, but just are not practical. We'll be looking for a phone with proper buttons in future.

Ive had this phone nearly a year and was sick of it after a month or so.

I find it difficult to get signal so that's the first problem.

Another problem is the stupid touch sensitive buttons. I can't count the amount of times i've cut people off mid-conversation!

Also, i use predictive text and every few weeks it 'forgets' any words you have added to the dictionary, meaning you have to add it again, meaning it takes longer and therefore no point in using predictive text in the first place!

Sometimes when i make a call it just wont connect and i have to turn the phone off and back on again.

The battery lasts a couple of days if you're lucky so if you intend on using your phone alot then don't get the U700!

Yes, it's a good looking phone and looks very smart but the function isn't that good!
