Useful Product
Bread keeper is really useful if you bake your own bread as it keeps it fresh and dirt free (usually achieved by the bag bought bread comes in. It expands nicely to encompass even the largest loaf and then contracts to take up less space as the loaf is used.

The slicer guide makes a huge difference as it gives you even slices like you get in pre-cut loaves from the store. My only gripe is that it has a plastic base that can be damaged by the bread knife. Shame the designers could not have used a mini chopping board for the base.

As I have not found as similar product that is better I would recommend this to a home baked bread enthusiast.

Does keep bread fresher for longer.
Good idea, but not ideal for us. We have a bread maker, and the loaf produced is a little too tall, and has to be squashed a bit to get it to fit in the keeper. Thats our problem, otherwise it does a good job of keeping the bread fresher for longer,and keeps things like flies off. On a down note, there are small breather holes in the end walls, and splits in the plastic are starting spread from them, so it's life could be limited. The included slicing guide is simple, and again, works, but it won't fit inside the keeper properly, which is a bit odd.

Easy way to get perfectly straight slices of bread, can recommend to anyone who has a problem cutting sensible sized and shaped slices like me!!
