Average customer review:Product Description
We live in an image-conscious society where looking the best tends to win over being the best. Human beings judge each other subconsciously in less than three seconds, based on body language alone. Filled with fascinating psychological insights, plus a whole raft of down-to-earth quick-fix tips, "The Body Language Bible" takes the reader through the minefield of self-marketing and image: how to read it and how to project it. In her inimitable straightforward style, Judi unravels the secrets to interpreting our movements and what we are really saying with our bodies, whether consciously or not. She teaches you what we mean with our movements, how to interpret them and then shows you how to get what you want, whether you're doing business, making friends or falling in love. "The Body Language Bible" is an intriguing read, providing a unique mix of body language and communication psychology (voice and the impact of words).

Customer Reviews
Very Useful and written in a style that maintian your interest.
I am studying Biological Psychology at University and found this book useful in providing incites in to the biological imperatives that govern our day to day behaviour. The writing styles is communicative and not really patronising, which makes it an easy read.
The Body Language Review
An interesting read, a good guide to people watching. In the book you'll learn how to identify how people are feeling by looking directly at there posture and subtle facial exopressions.
If you're interested in understanding body language in the work place then you have about 100 pages of this in part four.
I would have preferred to have seen more pictures in the book showing individual gestures.
Very Interesting
I bought this last Xmas as a stocking filler for my son who is a trainee solicitor (I thought it would help with the criminals he comes into contact with). He forgot to take it away with him and I found myself reading it. I can't say I can now tell what everyone really means instead of believing what they say but it was an interesting read.
