Messenger Kit
To put it simply, this is an awesome bit of kit. Of course, like all such peripherals of this nature, it is not an essential piece. However, that said, it does make typing so much easier. Okay, so you can use a USB keyboard instead; but seriously, who is going to drag out a keyboard and have it sat at their sides - wire trailing all over the floor - when you can have this little beauty right at your finger tips ;)
If you spend a lot of time typing messages, like me, I can only recommend this...
Enables Quick Messenging
If you use Xbox to communicate this little gadget makes it a whole load easier to send messenges. Very simple to connect and use.
Brilliant Idea but very confusing
I bought one of these keypads from Comet, now I think it's a bloody brilliant idea but there's a slight issue with it... It's very confusing to use.
Even after three months of using it I still find it irritating sometimes.
Example: I turn on CapsLock to type in bold, I turn off Capslock and carry on Typing just to find that after the first letter came out in normal text but the rest was all in Caps.
An Example of this:
''HELLO FRANKY! hOW ARE YOU?'' Closely followed by me swearing at it and having to redo the sentence.
With a little bit of practice this device would be a gamer's dream but like others have said... just buy a Keyboard and sit it next to you so you can type ingame.
