Give a realistic shape
Purchased to wear on stage as a comedy character - but once put inside a bra or corselet they actually have a very realistic look and feel to them; move like the real thing too, and even warm up to your own body temperature. If someone accidentally touched you, or pressed against you (e.g. to kiss you socially)then I am sure that they would never realise that they weren't genuine. The only downside is that these particular forms only enhance you very slightly, and once fully clothed do not show up very much - possibly only up one cup size - and some people might prefer to go for a larger size for a more feminine shape. But if you only want to enhance your own attributes very slightly, then these would be ideal, and would be perfect in swimwear etc.
