Deepak Chopra
"Illuminating, empowering, and inspiring. Shows us with great clarity what it means to truly love and be loved."
From the Author
It is your spiritual right to be perfectly loved!
With over 50% of all marriages still ending in divorce and so many people struggling with their intimate relationships, something is obviously missing. Why are we still not getting it? I felt compelled to write The Love You Deserve, not just because I'm the happiest married man on Earth, but to help others understand what truly takes place inside a successful relationship - and how the love we deserve begins in our thinking. As I say in the book, "We can't experience love greater than our consciousness can conceive!" We need to change our entire perspective on love. Each of us deserves to be perfectly loved in our most intimate relationship! That may seem like a ridiculously bold statement, but that's what I experience every day with my wife, best friend, soulmate, and infinite partner. The 10 keys in The Love You Deserve are an intimate, open window into understanding and experiencing the love that each of us - including you - so richly deserves. More than anything else, I wrote The Love You Deserve to help every individual on our planet understand his or her spiritual right to be loved perfectly and then find and experience this love. I hope my book brings great healing and love into your life.

Customer Reviews
Forget all the rest...this is it!
This uplifting and practical book has changed my whole view of how to love my husband and cherish my own dreams for the "perfect marriage." I especially enjoyed the chapter on "Kindness + Honesty," which really hit me where it counts, and has even helped me to deal with personnel challenges at the office. I can't wait to read it again, chapter by chapter, together with my husband!
a real mistake
I bought this book by mistake because I thought it was from the same author of "The raod less travelled" that I really liked. Instead this proved to be a real mistake.
The book is boring, plenty of repetition, plenty of stereotypes and even if I tried hard I couldn't read it till the end. Not even my sarcasm made me appreciate an ounce of it.
The other thing I disliked is the use of the word Love when the author really means God. It was just too much for me to take! Religious' fanatics in disguise!
Excellent! Superb, inspired.
Mr. Peck is chronicling a deeply private personal journey that required humility, generosity and grace. He is showing how the willingness to change brings greater good and that it is the quality of our thinking and choices that determines the outcome. With divine Love as the appropriate yardstick, he shows us the full breadth of OUR divine heritage, which includes PERFECT Love, complete Love, not a part of Love. His approach is introspective and metaphysical.
This approach will therefore be at odds with conventional medical/psychological reasoning. The difference between New Age concepts of metaphysics and Scott's is that his is based in his understanding of God as our Cause and Source vs. a more impersonal universal sense of Truth.
I recommend this book to everyone with eyes to see and ears to hear. It will feed the hungry heart. And teach the reader the truth of their 'conscious worth'.
Continued success.
