A very basic amateur garden design book, not many photographs mainly painted pictures which was very disapointing. A good book for someone starting off.

This book is just wonderful
It provides 40 designs for all sorts of gardens and outside spaces.
It gives clear instructions on how to construct the basic design and what plants are suited to such designs. The photos and painted designs are lovely and very inspirational.
