Perfect
A very very good mat...dont be put off by the price being so cheap!an essential as far as im concerned.

I have taken it to sleep at 4500m with no probs...used it for about 70-80 nights of hard camping and it still is holding up well and you feel no cold coming through the ground or no little rocks!
