They are Fantastic!!!!
I bought these when they first came out i paid £200 for my pair, at the time i was losing weight but found it hard to shift the inches from my thighs and bottom, this did a fantastic job within 8 weeks of daily use I had went from a size 16 bottom to a size 12, it is the best thing i have ever bought and yes you do have to put the pads on and set the controller not a lot of hassle, i never needed any help to get into them and I was a size 16! they do strech to give you a snugg fit to get the full benefit. I highly recommend these, they really do work although I would advise buying rechargeable batteries because once you see the results you wont have it off

...You just need to have patience. It isn't the easiest garment to put on, but after 4 or 5 days of use you'll be very used to it and you'll take less time to put it on.
I think i should make this clear - it works! BUT please bare in mind my dears, this isn't a weight loss item. Its for toning. And it needs to be used in conjunction with a decent diet and exercise. I notice there were a number of bad reviews because the item was too awkward to get on. im thinking they tried the first time and then couldn't be bothered - you must persist at this - because if you REALLY want firmer thighs, you'll commit to it!

I have found that after sessions my muscles in my legs feel tired, i even pulled them one time!

please do not listen to any bad reviews,these shorts are amazing!.Im a 30year old woman who has just had 2 babies in under 2 years and i was left with a mound of sickening fat-nice! i am on my own with the kids and have no time to work out. these shorts really are brilliant yes, they are a little fiddley to get on, im a 14 and it is a squeeze but they are on within 5 mins and you can just go about your buisness, ive even been to the shops in them! i have used them every day some times twice for 2 weeks and i have had brilliant results so far, my bum is alot firmer and i have noticed my jeans arnt quite so tight, my skin just looks better and firmer. im really excited as it has only been 2 weeks but so far sooooo amazing!!buy buy buy! no negatives to report the programe is easy to work the pads are easy to use. i think the bad reviewers didnt really put the effort in- not that there is much effort to them!
