Works a treat
Ignore the overly negative review below, this product works a treat. As long as you know where your biceps and triceps are, this product is easy to position. while it's true that movement is a bit limited while wearing it, it doesn't stop you doing regular around the house things like eating a meal, watching TV, drinking etc. Regarding the residue, I haven't had this. The pads are also still working well after the 12 use with no sign of wearing out, and I can definately feel a strength increase in my arms as well as visibly more defined muscles.

Useless product
I bought this product with high expectations as I have already got a Slendertone system abs which has given satisfactory results.

It took several attempts to get this product into place. Movement is limited with this product as the wires dangle from each arm.

This product is uncomfortable and the pads needed replacing after half a dozen times. I felt as if I was having an arm wax when removing the pads and it left residue of the seal on my skin.

This product has not worked for me at all and I would not recommend it to anyone.

FEMALE (Women) ONLY!
At the time of writing, Amazon's description does not make it clear that this is the FEMALE/WOMEN'S version. At the time, Amazon does not sell the male version. I spoke to Slendertone and they are different (men's version works additional muscles)... Amazon asked me to add this until they update this page. Men, don't panic, you can order the male version direct from Slendertone until Amazon sell it!
