For Total Relaxation - This is Fabulous.
This cd is brilliant. It has 3 separate tracks each about 20 minutes long, so it's easy to fit into a busy day. I usually find after about 12 minutes I am so relaxed I nod off! If you find it difficult to switch off from the hectic lives we live, this is a perfect antidote to give you a bit of 'me time' and shut off completely. The voices are English and extremely soothing, 2 tracks are female vocal and the other is male. And it is also very reasonably priced, which is always a bonus.
